What's the smallest group size that makes sense to charter?
Group charter starts to make economic sense around 8–10 passengers when you factor in commercial fares plus lost travel time. For 20+ pax it's often comparable or cheaper.
How far in advance should we book a group flight?
For large groups (50+), we recommend 4–8 weeks of lead time. For smaller groups on midsize jets, 1–2 weeks is typical.
