Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DesJets website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

DesJets acts as a charter broker, connecting clients with certified aircraft operators. We facilitate the booking process but the charter agreement is between you and the aircraft operator. We are not an air carrier and do not operate aircraft directly.

Quote Requests

Quotes provided through our website are estimates based on available information. Final pricing is subject to aircraft availability, fuel costs, and other factors at the time of booking confirmation. Quotes are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated.

Booking and Payment

  • Charter bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and signed charter agreement
  • Payment terms are specified in the individual charter agreement
  • Prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by operator and are specified in the charter agreement. General guidelines:

  • 72+ hours before departure: Full refund (minus processing fees)
  • 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

Specific cancellation terms will be provided with your charter agreement.

Limitation of Liability

DesJets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to DesJets for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the DesJets website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of DesJets and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
  • Reproduce or distribute our content without permission

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
